Extracurricular Activities

Model United Nations, Student Council, TEDx, Student Ambassadors, Games Club, Math Club

BIS offers a diverse and comprehensive selection of activities outside the classroom for both our Primary and Secondary students. These encourage creativity, self-expression and discipline by allowing students to pursue their interests at deeper levels.

Clubs and activities this school year include Model United Nations (MUN), TEDxYouth@BIS, yearbook, foreign and mother-tongue languages, maths, drama, dance, arts and crafts, coding and more. In addition, there are a number of musical offerings, including school bands and choirs and individual musical lessons. There is also opportunity, especially for Primary-aged children, to participate in sports at a non-competitive level.

In addition, every year BIS puts on stage either a school wide musical or drama production. We like to challenge ourselves. As such we have produced everything from a modern interpretation of MacBeth through to Wizard of Oz with a cast of 80+ students from Grades 4-12, as well as back stage crew.

To find specific details and information about individual activities, please login in to our Community Portal and look on the EC Programme page.
