Co-Curricular Activities

Model United Nations, Student Council, TEDx, Student Ambassadors, Games Club, Math Club, Equality Alliance, Creative Writing, ...

BIS offers a diverse and comprehensive selection of activities outside the classroom for both our Primary and Secondary students. These encourage creativity, self-expression and self-management by allowing students to pursue their interests at deeper levels.

Clubs and activities this school year include Model United Nations (MUN), TEDxYouth@BIS, yearbook, foreign and mother-tongue languages, dance, arts and crafts, coding and more. In addition, there are a number of musical offerings, including school bands, choir and individual musical lessons.

In addition, every year BIS puts on stage either a school wide musical or drama production. We like to challenge ourselves. As such we have produced everything from a modern interpretation of "MacBeth" through to "Wizard of Oz" with a cast of 80+ students from Grades 4-12, as well as back stage crew. This year's production will be "Julius Caesar", premiering in February 2022.
