The offerings/components with the DGE logo comply with the "DGE Quality Standard for Catering in Daycare Centers" and are certified by the German Nutrition Society (DGE) as a menu line.

Due to the large variety of foods used in our kitchen, all our dishes may contain traces of the 14 main allergens.

We do not use pork in any of our dishes, only beef and poultry.
