
Meet Robin Schneider
Robin is an accomplished international school leader with over 25 years of experience in education, including nearly two decades in senior leadership roles across Asia and Europe.
Originally from Canada, Robin holds a degree in Mathematics and Science and an advanced degree in Educational Leadership. This education has helped Robin’s deep commitment to empowering school communities by amplifying their voice and fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and clear communication. His leadership emphasizes diversity, equity, and sustainability, and he has played a key role in initiatives ranging from DEIJB development to environmental partnerships with universities and local governments.
Robin is an International Baccalaureate and Council of International Schools evaluator and actively contributes to international school organizations, including serving as Vice-President of the Japan Council of International Schools (JCIS).
Outside of school, he enjoys outdoor activities, reading, travel, and exploring cultures with his wife and son, who share his passion for learning, food, and driving into the deep end of a culture.
