Secondary School Procedures

All Secondary School students receive an ID card that also enables them to purchase meals in the cafeteria in the Waves building and from the kiosk in the Agora. This card can be loaded with money either at the special machine outside the cafeteria in the Waves foyer, or at the cafeteria tills before and after school. In addition, Sodexo SCS GmbH now enables BIS ID card holders to load money on to these ID cards via bank transfer.

How to credit ID cards via bank transfer:

When completing an information for a bank transfer, the Sodexo identification number you will receive via email is very important. Under “Verwendungszweck” please, insert this Sodexo identification number ONLY. Please note – this is NOT the number on your BIS ID card or any other identification or password you have received from BIS. Again, it is absolutely critical that this ID number is entered in the “Verwendungszweck” field and nothing else. Failure to do this can result in the bank transfer to not work or a delay in charges.

Transfer the amount of money of your choice to the following account:

Bank:  Wiesbadener Volksbank (WVB)
IBAN:  DE64510900000021806501
Recipient:  Sodexo SCS GmbH
Verwendungszweck:  Sodexo identification number, communicated to parents via a personalised email to parents

Each transaction will be attached to an individual id card so that each student and each parent will have a separate Sodexo identification number that must be used when loading money on to each card. When an ID card is used at the tills in the BIS cafeteria, an update between the bank and the register system at BIS will take place The amount transferred will automatically be added to your ID card.
