When not working, Jacquie enjoys traveling, photography, art and visiting her other home in Italy.

Diane Lewthwaite – Secondary Principal

Diane Lewthwaite is a New Zealander and has been in international education for over 17 years.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Christchurch, New Zealand) and a Master of Arts in Educational Management (Bath, Great Britain). Diane is a great believer in the philosophy underpinning the International Baccalaureate programmes. Before coming to Bonn International School as Secondary Principal, Diane was Vice Principal: Academics at the New International School of Thailand in Bangkok.

In her teaching career Diane has taught a range of subjects including Economics, Humanities, Theory of Knowledge, Accounting and Social Studies. She is also a trained workshop leader for the Middle Years Programme. In her little spare time, she enjoys reading and worries when she has less than six books waiting to be read.
